Al Hirt

New Orleans trumpeter who documented the Dixieland hit “Java” in 1964. He began playing during equine races when he was sixteen and would continue steadily to achieve this for over sixty years. Many people described him as The Round Mound of Audio. He wedded to Mary Patureau on August 13, 1942, after that to Zide Jahncke on March 17, 1984, and to Beverly Essel Hirt on Dec 29, 1990. She made the theme tune towards the Green Hornet, where Bruce Lee starred.
