Appreciated for his well-known, historically-themed BBC television lectures, this well-known European historian composed numerous functions on this issue of diplomacy in the Nineteenth and Twentieth Centuries. His best-known magazines are the Struggle for Mastery in European countries 1848-1918 as well as the Origins of the next Globe War. He was raised within an affluent, radically liberal home in Lancashire, Britain, and graduated from Oxford School in the past due 1920s.
