Known for such sophisticated dessert creations as the “V8 wedding cake,” “fairytale home,” and “croquembouche tower,” Zumbo rose to fame following appearing in MasterChef Australia. In the past due 1990s, he became an apprentice to many renowned Australian and French pastry chefs. He became who owns several Australian patisseries; starred within a short-lived truth series known as Zumbo; and released a book entitled Zumbo Reserve. He was raised in Australia and Italy in a family group of Italian traditions. He and Luca Manfe are both well-known Italian-Australian chefs.
