Politician who was simply the Chief executive of Nicaragua from 1911 to 1917, and again from 1926 to 1929. He was once a secretary for the La Luz y LA Mining Business. He authorized the Bryan-Chamorro Treaty in 1914, which allowed america to develop an inter-oceanic canal across Nicaragua. He was created in Alajuela, Costa Rica, but he spent a lot of his existence in Nicaragua and in america. He shifted to america after Anastasio Garcia got control over Nicaragua in 1936.
