Biography

Host from the 1975 CBS video game show, “Music Chairs,” as well as the first BLACK host of the Television show. He was divided in his attentions as a man, employed in a laboratory for polio analysis and documenting music. He was also involved with play and starred on stage in “THE COLOUR Crimson” and in “Shaft” and “Kojak” on display screen. He wedded Kay in 1956 plus they had three kids jointly: Sheldon, Patrice, and Michael; the few divorced in 1973. He also starred in “Gordon’s Battle” with Paul Winfield.
