Known most effective for his cover art for DC Comics’ Question Girl and Catwoman series as well as for his pinup-style cartoons for Playboy magazine, Hughes also contributed to the Before Watchmen: Dr. Manhattan miniseries also to Marvel’s X-Men Annual.
