Biography

Republican politician who represented Ohio within the U.S. Home of Associates from 1871 to 1872. He also offered within the Ohio General Set up for a 12 months. He graduated from Yale Legislation School. He was created in Vermont but relocated to Ohio. He received a Legum Doctor from Marietta University and Traditional western Reserve University. He previously four children along with his wife Elizabeth Williams. Chief executive Abraham Lincoln provided him a posture around the Supreme Courtroom, but he dropped.
